I FOUND IT!!!
Ok....haven't been on site to check it for sure...but I am in LOVE with this house! AND it is in our price range. A little higher than we wanted to go, but maybe we can negotiate it down some!!! I am hoping we can go with the realtor on Wednesday to check it out.

It certainly is cute! Beware of a couple things: sloping lot and the wording "purchaser responsible for missing meters, etc." It might be a foreclosure or some other weird history that basic things are not intact. It does seem spacious with some other great features! Go check it out!
ReplyDeleteUmm..thanks there Realtor Julie! yes..we're very aware that this is most likely a foreclosure, but it looks to be in fairly good shape from the pictures. This is only one of 6 houses that I'm very interested in. We'll see what happens.
